The 2025 Renault Master marks a major update in the large-van segment, introducing a fresh design, improved aerodynamics, and a range of new powertrain options. Power comes from a choice of advanced diesel engines or a fully electric E-Tech version. The diesel lineup includes Blue dCi engines with outputs of 130 hp, 150 hp, and 170 hp, paired with either a manual gearbox or an optional automatic transmission. For zero-emission fleets, the E-Tech electric Master uses an 87 kWh battery offering up to 285 miles of range (WLTP), making it one of the most capable electric large vans on the market. This dual approach allows buyers to choose between long-distance diesel efficiency or quiet, clean electric performance depending on their operational needs.

Inside, the new Master has been completely redesigned to make the cabin more like a mobile office. The dashboard is fitted with Renault’s openR Link multimedia system and a large 10-inch touchscreen with full smartphone integration. There’s up to 135 litres of in-cab storage, along with clever folding surfaces for laptops or paperwork. The improved driving position, enhanced insulation, and optional advanced driver-assistance systems make the Master more comfortable and safer on long journeys, even when fully loaded.

The 2025 Master also benefits from significant aerodynamic improvements, helping to reduce fuel consumption in diesel models and extend range in the electric versions. Exterior design changes, including a more sloped roofline and narrower bodywork, improve airflow and overall efficiency.

In terms of practicality, the new Master is available in multiple lengths and roof heights, with load volumes ranging from 10.8 m³ in the mid-size version to around 14.8 m³ in the largest configuration. Depending on the setup, payloads can reach up to 1,625 kg, while towing capacity for diesel models climbs to about 2,500 kg. These figures make it a strong performer in both urban delivery and heavy-duty transport roles.
