Like all businesses within the UK and indeed, worldwide, we are closely monitoring the impact that COVID-19 is having on our business, our colleagues, customers and business partners.
Our workshops are open for Key Workers only. Due to the unfolding COVID-19 situation, cars and vans and motorcycles due their MOT from 30 March 2020 will have their MOT extended by 6 months. Our workshops are open for service and mechanical work only for Key Workers. If you are currently booked in with our workshop and you are not a key worker, we will contact you to reschedule your booking, for 30 days time (subject to change). If you are not a key worker, please do not contact us to book an MOT or service at this time.
We are open for online new and used van sales. Our showrooms are closed. You can buy any vehicle you like online. Simply reserve the vehicle you like on our website, and then we will contact you to take the full payment. We will then have one of our staff members deliver this vehicle prepped or we will facilitate your vehicle collection in a no contact environment at safe distances, where you can sign and finalise any paperwork.
Over the coming days, the Loads of Vans team will work together, to care for our customers and look after each other’s well-being. This is a situation that we have not had to deal with before; we are entering uncharted territory and will be learning and adapting as we travel along this path. We would appreciate your support and patience at this time. You can contact us via our websites, email or on the phone, please bear with us if we take time to answer, we are working within government guidelines to serve your needs.
Our teams will be working with local communities to offer our support to frontline workers. We want to help ensure that keyworkers’ vehicles stay safely on the road and provide support where we can if they need help getting from place to place.
If you would like to follow our progress, we will use our social media pages to keep you updated on everything.
We look forward to staying in touch and welcoming you back when we reopen.
Take care and be safe.
