The Citroen e-Dispatch is a fully electric van that offers a wealth of features designed to support your business and meet all your needs. Key features include a competitive payload, comfort, impressive performance, safety and driving range in excess of 200 miles. This industry gamechanger will allow you to enjoy lower motoring costs and reduce the environmental impact of your business. 

Citroen Dispatch Electric Range and Charging 

The e-Dispatch features a high voltage battery, providing a capacity choice of either a 50kWh offering a range of up to 143 miles, or 75kWh offering a range of up to 205 miles. What’s more, the battery comes with an 8 year or 100,000-mile guarantee. Charging time varies depending on the power of the charger. A basic 7.4kW home charger (known as a wallbox) will charge the smaller battery in approximately 7 hours 30 minutes and the larger battery in 11 hours and 20 minutes. A more powerful 11kW wallbox would decrease the charge time to 4 hours 45 minutes and 7 hours. In addition, powerful public chargers can provide an 80% charge to the smaller battery in 30 minutes and the large battery in 45 minutes.

Citroen e-Dispatch Performance 

Out on the road, the 134bhp electric motor provides a highly enjoyable driving experience, delivering 260Nm of torque. With the way electric motors work, this torque is instantly available at all speeds, providing the ability to shift the Citroen’s maximum payload without struggle. Three driving modes are available: Eco, Normal, and Sport. These modes will change the performance of the van for your driving needs. Eco mode limits the power of the motor to conserve range, whereas Sport mode will allow faster acceleration.

e-Dispatch Loading Capacity & Size 

The e-Dispatch is available in three body lengths: (XS, M, XL). These are all available on the mid-range Enterprise trim level. The basic X model is only available in the compact, XS length, and the highest specification Driver is offered on M. Table below states the exterior dimensions: 

The range offers an impressive payload of over 1,000kg (upgradable to 1,200kg), up to 6.6m3 of load capacity and the load-through bulkhead allows loads up to 4 meters. The van is also rated to tow up to 1,000kg, making it suitable for all trades. The table below states the load area dimensions:

Regardless of how you’re driving, the Citroen e-Dispatch is impressive in terms of comfort and ride quality thanks to the smooth running gear, exceptional shock absorption, hands-free sliding doors, making life much easier. Being a daily working tool, it was designed to be as comfortable as possible. The ergonomically designed seats, high driving position, and adjustable seats make a huge difference on frequent journeys. Be assured to work in comfort as the e-Dispatch was designed as a mobile office. Equipment includes an adjustable writing tablet*, tablet support, USB sockets, smartphone holder, and several storage spaces to keep your mobile office tidy. This includes a glove box, dashboard compartment, under passenger seat space, central overhead space, large door pockets, and cupholders.

Technology and Safety 

The e-Dispatch boasts a range of technology for improved safety and convenience. There are 16 driving assistance technologies, a few include an active safety brake, adaptive cruise control, speed limit sign recommendation, reversing camera with top rear vision, hill start assist, grip control, and blind-spot monitoring. There’s also a Citroen Connect Box with a built-in GPS tracked emergency call and assistance system that guarantees a rapid emergency response in the event of an incident. The interior features a Mirror Screen, allowing you to transfer smartphone apps to the touchscreen, eliminating the need to touch your smartphone. This is complemented by the Citroen Connect Nav, which provides you access to real-time information including, live traffic conditions, danger zones, and weather conditions.
