What is the difference between the Nissan Townstar EV and the old Nissan e-NV200?

The Nissan Townstar EV is the successor to the Nissan e-NV200. The Townstar EV features a larger 45 kWh battery (vs 40 kWh in the e-NV200), greater range (up to 195 miles vs approximately 124 miles WLTP), faster DC rapid charging capability (up to 80 kW), a completely modernised cab and infotainment system, and a substantially improved standard safety specification. It is built on a newer platform that it shares with the petrol Townstar.
